Kath and Stu took plenty of time to understand my requirements for a hot tub, carefully discussing the pros and cons of their great selection without ever feeling overwhelming. Their knowledge and patience made the whole process really enjoyable – Including the recommendation of a wet test of the tub I was most interested in to make sure I was certain it was the right choice. What has impressed me even more is the aftercare service, which has exceeded my expectations. Stu is incredibly friendly and has answered all of my questions since purchasing — even on a Sunday! It’s clear that both Kath and Stu genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience. I would recommend them without hesitation for such an important purchase.
