Massive thanks again Stu, we bought our house and hot tub came with it, just after Xmas day we had problems after phoning a few companies who wouldn’t even look, we phoned spoke to kath & Stu kindly came out checked everything and sorted it out, lovely friendly people who we would definitely recommend x
Where do I start ! First of all with a massive thank you to Kath and Stuart for making the whole process, from first viewing to final installation so stress free . I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their hot tubs are stunning and Stuart worked closely with our landscapers and the great electrician he recommended to ensure that everything went to plan . NOTHING was too much trouble and despite the unexpected Brexit/Covid supply chain issues they pulled out all the stops to make it happen so we were able to celebrate our anniversary soaking in the tub, drinking fizz. If you are thinking of taking the plunge go and see them. You will not regret it .

Kath, Stuart and the team at marquise spas provided a service that is rarely experienced. From the show room, to purchase, installation and nearly 2 yrs since we purchased the tub they have continued to provide the best of services. Nothing is ever a issue and I can not recommend them enough. The tub is as good as the day it was fitted and I still say ' it is the best thing I have ever purchased.'

Where can I start.... Firstly 5 Stars is not appropriate for this review.... I don't think Facebook has enough stars. For all those people who have questioned in life, Do We or Do We Not... All I can say if you have even thought about buying a Hot Tub / Spa / Swim Spa.... Stop right here. Forget the rest and buy from the best. Kath & Stewart are perfect from start to finish. Nothing pressured in the sale unlike other companies locally.... Every question answered and in detail also. When you buy one that's not where the journey stops with this Family run business.... The installation, The servicing and even should the inevitable happen the warranty issues or future repairs, all handled in house. None of this ring and 0845 and speak to someone to get it fixed. The attention to detail is absolutely unreal. Really gone out of their way to make sure we has everything we needed and we understood fully how to operate and maintain our spa. From delivering withing 48 hours or purchase to an out of hours install time. What more can you ask for.... As Stewart said to me, its a big purchase, bigger than a car because you can't change it once its in. We'll he's bang on right and if you buy the right product from the best then you can rest assured Marquise will do that for you and your family as they have done with mine. Currently writing this sat in my spa and can honestly say it's the best purchase of my life. The quality of life and the promotion in health is noticeable. What can I say about this company. Family run by two of the nicest and knowledgable people I have ever met. From start to finish everything was done to the highest standard. No pressure purchase, installation and aftercare all 100% 5 star service.
Cant fault this family run business great advice from start to finish over the moon with our hot tub good quality products sold by them also good adivce on chemicals and products to keep it in a1 condition you be daft to go elsewhere
